Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame:  Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when
    you received them. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use will not be eligible for
    return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  •  Items marked as final sale
  •  Custom or personalized items
  •  Used grooming accessories

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at dogfathermobile@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for
    your return.
  2.  Receive Authorization:  Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with
    a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3.  Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include your RMA number. Ship the item to the
    address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
    unless the item is defective, or we made an error with your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Based on payment type used a refund will be issued and normally received 5-7 business days from refund. Please call us for any further questions regarding your return.
