How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at dogfathermobile@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for
your return. - Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. - Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include your RMA number. Ship the item to the
address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
unless the item is defective, or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Based on payment type used a refund will be issued and normally received 5-7 business days from
refund. Please call us for any further questions regarding your return.
